Our courses & teaching

Within Marketing and Reputation we contribute to the full range of Henley Business School's offering, including undergraduate and postgraduate Masters programmes, the world-renowned Henley MBA and executive programmes. High quality teaching focuses on critical developments in strategic marketing, customer management, digital marketing and reputation management.

Corporate Masters programmes

We are active in the delivery of programmes in the corporate world in both the UK and internationally. We support the development of contemporary marketing practice by working with leading clients such as Deutsche Telekom and ING Bank via our MSc programme in Strategic Marketing Leadership. In both the marketing and reputation management fields we work on executive programmes with a range of corporate clients as diverse as The British Council, AVIC and Shell. We also deliver the part-time MA in Applied Management, for practising managers.

Postgraduate research opportunities

We provide PhD opportunities and funding for high quality doctoral candidates from all over the world, wanting to conduct full-time postgraduate research in Marketing and Reputation.

Henley Business School’s research in Marketing and Reputation is driven through leading centres, including the Henley Centre for Customer Management, the John Madejski Centre for Reputation, and the Governance & Leadership group; we welcome candidates whose chosen topic of study aligns with and will contribute towards our centres' research goals.

We welcome applications from candidates seeking to conduct full-time postgraduate research in all areas of Marketing and Reputation, and in quantitative, qualitative and mixed methodologies. The faculty has extensive experience in survey methods, experimental design, depth interviewing, case studies, content analysis and ethnography (including netnography).

Our teaching

Given the diverse range of programmes, from undergraduate through to PhD, delivered by Marketing and Reputation, we adopt an eclectic mix of teaching and learning methods. Our approach is always to integrate theory into practice and to ensure that students and participants benefit from hands-on, practical application within their learning. Using an interactive style we aim to ensure that the learning experience is both challenging and rewarding. We work with speakers from a range of organisations and industries to provide real-world exposure, whilst at the same time sharing learning from our own latest research and experiences.
