Overview

Henley Business School is planning to offer the Help to Grow: Management programme, with workshops commencing at the end of February 2022*. You can register your interest in the programme now and we will inform you as soon as the dates are announced.

Help to Grow: Management is designed for those in senior leadership and management roles in small and medium businesses. The programme will help you develop your capabilities in the key areas of leadership, innovation, digital adoption, employee engagement, marketing, responsible business, and financial management.

Facilitated by Henley experts and business leaders, the course will combine a practical curriculum with one-to-one support from a business mentor, peer-learning sessions and networking opportunities. The sessions will run for twelve weeks and will be delivered live-online and through face-to-face workshops at our Greenlands campus, in Henley-on-Thames.

By the end of the programme you will have developed a business growth plan to help you lead your business and release its potential.

*Henley Business School is in the process of obtaining accreditation from the Small Business Charter.
