“Completing the senior leadership apprenticeship has really changed my role. It's really helped me to, take a different lens on the way we do everything…I’ve actually been able to step back and look at things in a very different way. It has enabled me to really grow as an individual and a leader has helped me to develop my team as well”

What if I don’t have Level 2 qualifications in English and maths/can't find my certificates?

To successfully complete their apprenticeship learners must hold Level 2 qualifications in English and maths.

The government has provided a useful link for those who may have mislaid their exam certificates. If you need to obtain these qualifications before starting the programme, the Apprenticeship Engagement Team (aet@henley.ac.uk) can help you via a short programme before you start. If you obtained your qualifications overseas, please send your certificates to the Apprenticeship Engagement Team so they can be checked against the National database.
