Capgemini and Henley working together

Capgemini are excited to partner with Henley Business School to tailor the ASPIRE programme content, and leverage their extensive coaching and support teams to help you grow professionally and personally. As high potential Early & Emerging talent, we want you to take your next steps in your leadership journey with confidence.

Together, we believe, that to become a future leader, you have to believe in yourself. Personal development is a fundamental part of the programme and embedded throughout the course. Enabling you to reflect and encouraging you to develop positive new leadership behaviours, like compassion and the ability to adapt to change.

About the programme

Starting in January 2025 through the ASPIRE programme you'll work through Henley's Senior Leader Apprenticeship and achieve

  • Henley's Postgraduate Diploma in Management for Future Leaders
  • Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship
  • CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice
  • Chartered Manager status

This programme will be taught using a blended learning method that combines face-to-face workshops with online and on-the-job learning. It provides strategic skills, business acumen and work-based learning exposure, prior to that step up into management. Which in turn, supports the growth of our future People Manager capability within Capgemini.

If you obtained your qualifications overseas, please send your certificates to the Apprenticeship Engagement Team so they can be checked against the National database.
