The Henley Partnership
Develop your organisation's leadership and management capability with Henley's flexible programme of innovative events, webinars and masterclasses.
Leadership development and networking - designed with your organisation, for your people
As a member of The Henley Partnership, your employees are able to participate in a range of engaging online and face-to-face events. These sessions feature techniques, tips, theory and practice delivered by Henley academics as well as the best business brains and inspiring speakers from our network.
Your organisation can help co-design the programme of events, selecting from a framework of topics that are relevant to today’s business needs. Many members use The Henley Partnership as an integrated development tool for senior leaders and high-potential managers, by matching the sessions to an individual employee’s needs and interests.

- Up to 30 events per year
- Facilitated practical sessions delivered live-online or face-to-face*

The programme of events
You tell us what you would like to see on the agenda. Our learning specialists then collaborate with speakers and facilitators to turn these topics into a dynamic programme of events.
Currently the programme is designed around member-identified themes including Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Strategy and Innovation, Change, and Coaching.
How does the Partnership work?
We work with our members to develop and deliver events.
This collaboration provides flexible learning that suits business requirements and individual development needs. Your input will help you use the Partnership as an integral part of your leadership development process, and we can provide support to help you launch and promote the programme.
We recognise that we can only achieve our goals by learning and engaging with other likeminded organisations, and the Henley Partnership gives us the opportunity to do that.
