Follow the People and Organisational Change Pathway

The three Henley People and Organisational Change Programmes are complementary and build on each other. They are designed to be attended as standalone programmes, or as an immersive 5-day package (Monday - Friday): -

  • Henley Leading Change and Organisational Development Programme (2 days)
    Organisational Development is the process of enabling organisational success through the alignment of processes, people, structure and culture to deliver organisational strategy.
  • Henley Organisational Design Programme (2 days)
    Our Goal Design Adopt (GDA) organisational design process takes us through three stages: setting out ambition, through to the design process and on to organisational adoption. This process can be applied to the whole organisation or ecosystem, or part of the whole.
  • Henley Strategic Workforce Planning Programme (1 day)
    The process of syncing the business cycle to the people cycle. It helps organisations understand the gap between the workforce demand – determined by the business cycle – and the workforce supply. And to develop a plan to close it.
