|Venue||Henley Business School, Whiteknights Campus|
Explore the concept of noticing and managing your inner critic, the little voice that pops up every now and again and likes to remind you that you’re not as good as people think you are, everyone else is better than you, and you’re going to get found out! Don’t worry, you’re not the only one who feels like this. The session will examine how the inner critic (or imposter voice) has developed over time, and offer some tools and techniques for helping to keep it in check, so the real you can move freely and courageously on with your life!
Take control of your personal development and skills by building your resilience. These sessions will enable you to more confidently navigate change, new transitions and bounce back from setbacks.
This session is open to all Henley Business School and ICMA Centre students who want to develop skills that will help them in the workplace.
If you are a prospective student, alumni or staff and would like to attend, get in touch with us, and we'll try our best to save you a seat.
