Description

Sustainable leadership is about the practices and behaviours of organisations that consider broader environmental, social and financial impacts, as well as the impacts on future generations and the environment. Importantly, sustainable leadership can bring about positive outcomes for organisations, such as cost savings, more loyal customers, engaged employees and shareholders who are focused on long-term value.

In this workshop, we will consider how sustainability can drive positive outcomes in stakeholder relationships – and how sustainability can be integrated into your own leadership journey. Steve Pain, former VP of Unilever, will share insights gained on Unilever’s sustainability journey. Some of the questions we will answer in the workshop are: What is sustainability? How can sustainability impact stakeholder loyalty? How can sustainability be integrated with my personal values and purpose as well as those of my organisation? How can I start my own personal sustainable leadership journey?
