Description
The quest for high performance is continuous and relentless and the pandemic seems to have moved the goalposts somewhat. This workshop focuses on three themes that are evidence-based and robust: the neuroscience of wellbeing, the psychology of leadership and job crafting to reshape the workplace. The implications of each theme will be discussed, and experiences shared. The idea is to create practical approaches to getting the preconditions right for performance to be enhanced and sustained over the longer term.
The workshop is designed for HR and L&D professionals and line managers with a keen interest in developing their organisations rather than just their teams.
