Description
What if the ways you think about yourself, the world and everyone in it were the human equivalent of your own internal ‘operating system’? What if that operating system dictated the way you think, feel and behave in every waking moment? What if it was the single most important factor in how you and your people work in this complex, fast-changing world? And what if you could upgrade that operating system, evolving it as radically now as you did as a child? That’s what this session is for.
It's a door to a selection of tools that will help you:
- achieve better outcomes with a lot less effort
- thrive in the face of fiendishly complex problems
- navigate stakeholders’ diverse, evolving needs
- take relationships to a whole new level
- resolve dilemmas and reduce polarisation
- adapt and evolve as quickly as the world is changing around you
Learning Outcomes
You’ll bring your own real, current challenges and work with a small group of colleagues to help you:
- find a new way of seeing yourself, the world and everything in it
- gain insight and practice with four capacities that are key to leading and working in complex environments
- achieve tangible progress on the challenges you bring to the session
- understand this leading-edge framework for developing yourself and the people around you
Who this is for
For leaders and managers seeking methods to enhance the ways they and their teams operate in complex, changing environments. For anyone seeking a new perspective on themselves and the world around them, including people prepared to question their existing assumptions and leaders and managers who are invested in enhancing their own and their people’s performance.
