HARP Seminar: Sustainable Finance – A Risk/ Return Analysis of Institutions and the System
Room: HBS LG01
Research up to now focused on the risk/ return profile of financial institutions and markets, thereby accounting for risk factors from inside finance and the real economy. In the light of increasing challenges from ecological and societal changes, further research will include drivers from surrounding systems, thus integrating the perspectives of risk/ return analysis and sustainability. Particularly, environmental changes will affect the patterns of connectivity and dynamics of the financial system and create new opportunities and threats for risk/ return management. Thereby, the analysis intends to incorporate a forward-looking and dynamic (non-linear) perspective.
