Everyone is talking about the impending mental health crisis and having to look after employees' well-being better. The hard truth is also that 'numbers' will count at the end of the day for organisations to survive in tough economic times.
In this accelerator lab webinar, we want to identify those questions first that help us right now in preparing for the post-pandemic world and healthy and productive working practices. We look also at some seeds to those answers with the help of a panel of experts in the areas of personal well-being, organisational well-being and the role of workplaces in health and well-being. Building on this, participants will interactively create questions that any organisation should ask themselves to support a healthy and productive workforce.
This webinar will be held on 6 May 2021, 1:00pm. To sign up for this webinar, register here.
