In today's ever changing world, it is recognised that leaders need to connect with their employees, their stakeholders and their communities. Leaders who understand how to apply compassion can build and sustain these connections and be a force for positive leadership and business success.

This webinar will be held on 15 January 2024 at 1:00pm via Microsoft Teams and is open to all. You will have the chance to learn from our panel of speakers about:

- How taking a compassionate and supportive approach to leadership can establish and reinforce a compassionate culture;

- How you can maintain your compassion where competing priorities and organisational challenges are the norm;

- How mentoring can support future leaders on their development journey to be compassionate leaders.

With experts from a range of diverse industries and experiences, including the author of 'Compassionate Leadership', the Strategic Executive Leader from a Multi-Academy Trust and a Chief Mentor, this is not to be missed!

Joe Richardson has worked in Catholic education for over 28 years and as a senior leader for over 18 years. His career has seen him serve as CEO of a Multi-Academy Trust, Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, Middle Leader and Geography teacher. His love of Physical Geography led him into teaching, eager to follow in the footsteps of those who inspired him in the subject - most notably Dr Russell Thompson of the University of Reading. Joe's leadership is rooted in his faith - an essential component of any leader in a Catholic school. His studies beyond his degree included a postgraduate at the University of Reading, a Masters in Leadership across Brunel and Open Universities, a National Qualification for Headship and National Qualification for Executive Leadership. Joe's inspiration comes from Scripture, the children and colleagues he serves and a tiny primary school in the heart of rural Wiltshire.
