At this workshop you will be able to experience the typical learning dynamics of an Executive MBA – Global workshop including interactive discussions and group work and get to meet potential other students on the programme.
Professor Bernd Vogel is Professor in Leadership and Director of the Henley Centre for Leadership at Henley Business School. He is teaching on the Henley MBA as well as the Henley MA Leadership, and is engaged in various Executive Education open enrolment and tailored programmes. Bernd helps organisations with his expertise in leadership for creating and sustaining organisational energy, energising management teams, developing inspiring and purposeful leadership and fellowship, and leading change. His research focuses on new forms, practices, and sources of engaging leadership; mobilising and maintaining energy in organisations and senior management teams; creating leadership and followership capacity; co-creating leadership; leadership and followership climate; CEO decision making and identity; and organisational change.
