Henley Forum: Transition in a changing world Part 1 - Individual view
A recurring theme we are seeing emerge through our conversations with Henley Forum organisational partners is people trying to figure out the practicalities of new working patterns and practices.
The theme ‘Transition in a changing world’ will underpin our Henley Forum members’ programme for April 2022 – March 2023.

In this Henley Forum themed event, especially for members, we will introduce the idea of transition and explore why it is vital in successful change. We will explore what helps individuals in making a successful transition to new ways of working.
In a range of speaker, workshop and case study sessions, we will be asking questions such as:
- How is transition different to change? Why does it matter?
- Why are endings so important? Why do they matter for knowledge, learning and change?
- How do we keep expanding the way we think about ourselves and the world, and transition to new perspectives?
- What happens when we have big life stage transitions to navigate as well as work ones?
As ever, we will be inviting you to make connections and to develop actionable insights that you can apply in your world.
