Henley Forum: Transition in a changing world Part 2 - Organisational view
A recurring theme we are seeing emerge through our conversations with Henley Forum organisational partners is people trying to figure out the practicalities of new working patterns and practices.
The theme ‘Transition in a changing world’ will underpin our Henley Forum members’ programme for April 2022 – March 2023.

In Part 2 of ‘transition in a changing world’ we will be taking a bigger perspective to explore organisational transition. We will explore what helps some organisations to adapt and endure in challenging and changing circumstances.
In a range of speaker, workshop and case study sessions, we will be asking questions such as:
- How do we avoid losing what made us successful? What do we need to take with us on the journey?
- What’s the glue that makes change sticky and stops us sliding back?
- Who is making change happen? Who are the real change agents?
As ever, we will be inviting you to make connections and to develop actionable insights that you can apply in your world.
