Huawei is a leading global Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions provider. As a leader and innovator of ICT technologies, Huawei has developed an ICT industry-recognised global certification programme and talent ecosystem.

In 2015, Huawei (UK) collaborated with Henley Business School to establish the first Huawei ICT Academy (HICTA) in the UK. Since then, HICTA constantly introduced a series of Huawei certified training courses to university students and further help industry to cultivate multi-skilled ICT talents.

As a long-term strategic partner of Huawei (UK), HICTA at the University of Reading firstly introduced the short-term placement programme at Huawei (UK) headquarter in June 2018. If you are interested in pursuing a career at Huawei, please attend this section for more useful information.

  • What is Cloud, Big Data and AI?
  • What are the benefits of being qualified as HCIA?
  • How can you find an internship or placement in the UK?
  • How can HCIA help you find a placement in Huawei and in Huawei ecosystem?
