Fractures, tensions and misalignments in the workplace are becoming the norm. This session will focus on exploring the leadership capabilities necessary to work through these misalignments.

The Event will be about the impact of AI and how it affects the younger generations. The impact of AI is evident in how students may use ChatGPT or other large language models to create outlines for essays or write code or imbed sources in projects. However negative impacts include students using these sites to write answers or essays and therefore hampering their learning abilities inside and out of school. Everyone has seen the impacts on younger generations through social media, such as how those of ages 4 and 5 are able to navigate the internet or certain social media apps with ease.
