Description

It is now clear that big investors will invest in organisations which are demonstrably committed to strong principles about the environment, society and how they are governed. They are making huge investments in AR and IR to facilitate this.

This form of corporate activism is becoming the expected norm for organisations. At an ethical level and in order for them to grow, there is an expectation that they will behave responsibly toward their people, their community, their customers and the planet.

Join future gazer Dr Naeema Pasha to appreciate what this approach can do for your business.

Naeema

Director of Careers and Professional Development and Founder of World of Work (WOW) at Henley Business School, Naeema currently leads on Professional Development, People and Future of Work in Henley, and established WOW to explore future of work readiness.

She leads the Henley strategy project on skills-led recovery and future of work. Naeema’s recent research on future of work provided the foundation for building WOW, looking at the range of influences on work, such as AI and automation, diversity and inclusion and quad-generations. Her doctoral research sheds light on key factors that enable people and organisations to succeed against the backdrop of future of work technological changes, such as adaptability in times of uncertainty. Her work also focuses on the transformations in workplaces because of new technologies, especially now in looking at the impact of the pandemic.

She’s now looking into ethics and trust in AI with regard to corporate structures and leadership. Naeema has been named as one of the IPFConline Top 50 Worldwide Influencers on AI Ethics in 2020. Naeema is also Principal Practitioner with the Association of Business Psychologists.

“Naeema's leadership vision for careers and career development services is perhaps the most compelling and forward-thinking I have encountered across education, industry and the careers profession itself. With academics, business leaders, clients and team members alike, Naeema’s personal style is inclusive and engaging; her insights and observations typically credible and thought-provoking.”
