Description

What if you looked at your organisation and saw it for what it really was – you caught a glimpse of the ‘source code’ and never thought about it in the same way again?

During this online masterclass you will see that many of the symptoms we experience have their roots in a common cause, an alternative reality which we can see if we know where and how to look, but usually don’t.

In this session, Nick will introduce you to the powerful concept of Levels of Work, a well-researched field stretching back to the 1950s, but will bring it bang up to date and translate its far-reaching implications. Using examples and his engaging style, he will help you understand how a lack of focus on complexity creep has played a role in many of today’s organisational effectiveness challenges, and outline some key strategies essential to co-existing with ever-increasing complexity.

So… blue pill or red one?

Learning outcomes

By the end of the event you will:

  • have an additional lens and a language through which to look at the performance of your people and your organisation in a different way
  • know what may lie behind issues your organisation may have in strategy development or deployment
  • be equipped to ask questions of your approaches to leadership development and succession to understand if you are considering what is important or if you are in fact masking the issues.
