RG10 Profile Talk is back with a fantastic edition for 2018!

Join us on Thursday 13 September 2018 at the beautiful offices of Cushman & Wakefield for an evening of learning and networking.

Stephanie Barbabosa, Head of Build to Rent, International Operations, Lendlease, will be leading the evening with an interesting and engaging talk about her career to date.

Stephanie will talk about what Build to Rent (BTR) is, why you should be interested and how it is going to transform the residential market in the UK over the next ten years. She will cover why BTR is becoming so popular with international investors and what the differences are between the UK and her native America, with the latter as a more advanced market. We will also hear about what to expect for the future of BTR in the UK and what changes need to take place in the UK customer mindset. Stephanie will also discuss her role at Lendlease, expanding the BTR pipeline and the £1 billion joint venture with CPPIB announced earlier this year.

Places are limited to 50, buy your tickets now!
