Professor Neil Crosby, Professor of Real Estate, Henley Business School, University of Reading
Dr Joseph B Nichols, Principal Economist, Federal Reserve
This research forum will cover a range of issues; from the stress-testing of the financial system, through the role of commercial real estate in that process, to the steps taken by the UK real estate industry to try and assess the risk to the system of excessive lending to commercial real estate in any property market boom.
It is a unique opportunity to learn about the US approach to stress-testing from a representative of the Federal Reserve with a major interest in commercial real estate, and also to continue the debate concerning the UK commercial property industry response to real estate lending.
