This webinar will be led by Dr. Ana Graça and put a spotlight
on our MRC module. Our alumni will also discuss how they decided upon their
choice of topic for their Capstone Projects, applied their learnings in their
workplaces, and overcame leadership obstacles. They will also explore the benefits
of the Executive MBA to their careers and personal development and the
impact on their work/life balance. There will be time for questions at the
end.
Dr. Ana Graça is a Lecturer in Leadership at Henley Business School, and module convenor for the MBA module Research Skills/Management Research Challenge. She is also a researcher on team leadership and team dynamics. With a background as an organisational psychologist with experience in quality assessment in the public sector, her PhD and post-doctoral research is based on team leadership dynamics in different organisations. Her research has been published in academic journals such as European Journal of Work and Organisational Psychology, Leadership and Leadership and Organisation Development Journal and presented at conferences such as Academy of Management.
