Join our webinar with Dr Peder Greve, Associate Professor in International Business and Postgraduate Research Director of International Business and Strategy, to discover how our latest immersive study trip in Miami benefits our Executive MBA cohort by broadening their network and international business outlook, as well as increasing their understanding of how multinational enterprises operate.
In the International Business module, we look at why and how companies decide to go global and grow a business internationally. In this webinar, we will zoom in on the role of key decision-makers and explain how the formative backgrounds and prior experiences of CEOs and top managers matter in shaping international business strategy. The webinar will also include an overview of the Global Immersion Study trip to the US, where students work in international consulting teams on a live project supporting the CEO of a US tech start-up in the development of an international growth strategy.
Dr Greve convenes and teaches International Business on Henley's Flexible Executive MBA and Executive MBA - Global programmes. His research in the areas of Strategic Leadership and International Business Strategy have been published in the Journal of Management, Journal of World Business, Leadership Quarterly, and International Journal of Human Resource Management.
His areas of expertise and industry experience include consulting experience spanning multiple industries and countries in Europe and North America (e.g. HR strategy projects for large multinationals and market entry studies for SMEs) as well as academic and industry project leadership.
