The Henley Forum 22nd Annual Conference - Sustaining and securing connections in a Hybrid World
Since 2020, we have looked anew at connections. We’ve recognised their vital importance (and their vitality) in enabling enterprises and people to flourish. We’ve grappled with the need for social distance and social connection. We’ve experienced the ups and downs of connecting remotely. We’ve seen both the value and vulnerabilities of digital connection. We’ve experimented with different hybrids of working together remotely and in physical proximity. So, where are we now?

Sustaining and Securing Connections
At the Henley Forum 2022 Annual Conference, we will be exploring a range of perspectives on ‘sustaining and securing connections’, such as:
- human connections - for wellbeing and engagement
- collaborative connections - for knowledge, learning and innovation
- organisational connections (leadership and culture) - for performance
- technological connections (information risk and security) - for continuity.
