This one-day workshop addresses these complex questions by breaking them down and teasing them out for discussion.

Morning Session: Where is Leadership Heading? Using his current international study on “The 2028 Future of Leadership and Organisation”, Professor Bernd Vogel will share key trends, look at what the obstacles to progress are and consider how businesses can overcome them. Together we will identify a set of future avenues for leadership and develop ideas on what high-performance leadership for the many could very tangibly and practically be.

Afternoon Session: Leadership in the World of the Digital. We will explore how social technologies inside the workplace impact the manager-employee dynamic, and by integrating outcomes from recent research with practices from your own organisation, we will get a step closer to how we must now approach leadership ourselves.
