Award-winning paper at the Global Conference on International Human Resource Management

Dr Chul Chung from Henley Business School was awarded Best Paper at the 4th Global Conference on International Human Resource Management.
The paper, titled 'Selective Hybridization of Multiple Logics for GI and LR: Emerging IHRM Strategies to Deal with the Duality Problem in MNEs', was co-authored by Dr Chung, Assistant Professor of International Human Resource Management, and Professor Paul Sparrow from Lancaster University.
The conference was hosted by Penn State University, USA, on 9-11 May.
