Dr Lebene Soga Launches IDEAFEST Promotional Video Competition to Students
Dr Lebene Soga, Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Leadership at Henley Business School, has launched a new video contest for all students to enter, encouraging them to raise the profile of the IDEAFEST Student Business Idea Competition 2020.

The IDEAFEST Student Business Idea Competition is a contest for students to enter, where they can submit a business idea to a panel of judges. The top three entries for IDEAFEST all receive cash prizes and mentoring from business experts, designed to lead to the business idea being commercialised, and the full details about IDEAFEST can be found here.
The goal of the IDEAFEST Promotional Video Competition is to help promote IDEAFEST to the student body and show them that anyone can enter, whatever their course or background. Please note that all videos entered to the IDEAFEST Promotional Video Competition must cover all the following criteria:
- Entered by at least one current student at the University of Reading or Henley Business School (E-Buddy teams from Entrepreneurship Vibes are particularly encouraged to apply)
- Maximum runtime of two minutes
- Submitted as a YouTube or Vimeo link by email to lebene.soga@henley.ac.uk
The deadline for submissions is 30 January 2020 and there is a prize of up to £500 for the best video. To give an idea of the standard of video, have a look at a sample by Sswap, the winners of IDEAFEST 2019, here. There are some great prizes on offer for the winning video, so start producing your video now!
