Heads Together and Row: 2,000 nautical miles done!
Day 39 at sea for Heads Together and Row, and today the team have passed the '2,000 nautical miles rowed' milestone.
While they're going well, they have slowed up a little, which we hear is due to very quiet weather making it slow going and hard graft at the moment. But every milestone helps and brings them another step closer to the finish line in Antigua.
As of 1600 GMT on day 39, here’s how the team are getting on:
Position: 17 degrees 30.97 N, 049 degrees 16.84 W
Speed/Direction: 1.9 knots @ 254 degrees
Distance rowed: 2004 Nautical Miles (2306 Miles)
Distance to go: 716 Nautical Miles (823 Miles)
12th in Fours crews
16th overall
