Heads Together and Row are now into the last few hours of the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge, with less than 50 miles to go until they reach the finish line.

The latest indications from the GPS tracker suggest the team will arrive in Antigua tomorrow morning, although we are awaiting an official ETA from the race support officers.

In an email sent over yesterday, Toby said: "ETA still really difficult. Conditions change between less than 2mph and 2.7mph regularly. At 1.9 mph average I make that 20:00 Friday UK time. At 2.5mph it would be 06:30 Friday UK time. But I guess the tracker will give you the best update as we get closer...The mood is one of knackered excitement! See you all on dry land soon!"

Earlier this week the team were visited by the Atlantic Campaigns race support yacht, and on-board photographer Robin Skjoldborg took these great photos of Jez, Ali and Toby (we think Justin may have been sleeping!).
