As part of our Executive Education Return to the World of Work: Action Research Series, Karen looked at how we balance workforce planning and capability building, while maintaining our culture (to propel the organisation into the future).

The report, which includes recommendations for businesses, was based on learning and insights from sessions held with organisations from May-July 2020 (during the COVID-19 pandemic).
