Guardian University Guide 2023

Henley Business School

Henley Business School’s subjects have all been ranked within the top 25 in the Guardian newspaper’s guide to the best UK universities 2023.

While the University of Reading retained its overall position of no.61, its Business and Management subjects rose five places to no.24, while Accounting and Finance subjects went up two places to no.23.

Henley graduate career prospects were ranked highly across the board, all subjects scoring within the top 20 with over 84-91% of our graduates in employment or further study. Two subjects feature in the top 10 with our Construction, Surveying and Planning subjects placed at no.4 and Business and Management at no.6.

Continuation rates for all Henley subjects have increased, meaning more first-year students progress into the second year of their studies, and the level of course satisfaction has increased for Accounting and Finance subjects (85%) and Business and Management subjects (79%).

Dr Andrew Hull, Head of Undergraduate Programmes at Henley Business School said:

“I am pleased to see another of the major UK undergraduate surveys ranking the Henley Business School programmes among the best in the UK.

“It is particularly rewarding to see that our strong focus on employability is reflected in excellent graduate prospects for our students.”
