Henley maintains UK top 5 position in the Financial Times Executive Education ranking 2025
Henley’s custom programmes climb 7 places to 22nd in the world.

This year’s Financial Times Executive Education ranking sees Henley rated once again as one of the world’s top business schools for its open and custom programmes.
Co-designed with clients and tailored to their organisations’ individual requirements, Henley’s custom programmes were ranked 4th in the UK, 19th in Europe and 22nd in the world – an increase of seven places from 2024.
Developed to empower learners to increase their personal impact and organisational performance, Henley’s open-enrolment programmes also maintained their leading position in 2025, ranking 4th in the UK, 19th in Europe and in the world’s top 25 for the sixth consecutive year.

Henley’s focus on equity, diversity and inclusion advocacy sees it rank 1st for faculty diversity in the UK, Europe, Nordics, Africa and the world for its custom programmes. The global reach of the business school was also recognised in its rankings for international clients. Henley’s custom programmes ranked 1st in the UK, Nordics and Africa, 2nd in Europe and 3rd in the world.

The annual Financial Times ranking is a worldwide league table of executive education programmes and is a highly regarded indicator of quality. 85 schools from around the world were ranked by the FT for open programmes in 2025 and 95 schools for custom programmes, with clients’ scores determining 80% of the total ranking.
