Henley’s Masters in Management ranked in UK top 5 by Financial Times
Henley graduates earned over 30% more after three years of graduating from our Masters in Management, supported by our quality careers provision.
Henley has been ranked as one of the UK’s top 5 business schools for its Masters in Management programme, placing 5th in this year’s Financial Times (FT) rankings. Our position among the world’s top 100 business schools has also improved, with Henley placing 75th.
Top-ranked careers support and graduate salaries
Henley graduates report an average salary increase of 31% three years after graduating. Of our graduates not in further study or self-employed, 86% were in employment three months after graduation.
Ensuring success in every field, MSc Management students at Henley are able to tailor their programme through a wide range of elective modules such as digital leadership, entrepreneurship, and international business.
Henley also placed in the world top 30 for career progress, which considers the change in seniority of our alumni and size of the organisation they are working for between course completion and today. As rated by our alumni, Henley placed 2nd in the UK for the quality of careers provision offered to our students and graduates. Overall satisfaction in the course was ranked 4th in the UK.
Dr Marrisa Joseph, Programme Director MSc in Management, said:
“At Henley, we are committed to delivering an enriching and transformative learning experience, encouraging our students to engage with today’s most pressing issues as they develop into the responsible leaders of tomorrow. It is therefore particularly rewarding to see this commitment recognised in the latest Financial Times rankings.
This achievement reflects the dedication and expertise of our faculty, professional services and careers teams, who play a vital role in delivering an outstanding student experience. It also demonstrates our continued commitment to equipping students with the responsible management practices, resilience and employability skills needed to thrive as future business leaders.”
An inclusive learning environment
As an international business school, Henley is committed to championing diversity and inclusion. Our world class faculty brings a wealth of disciplinary backgrounds and experience, and placed:
- 1st in the world for women representation on the school advisory board.
- 2nd in the UK for women in our faculty body.
- UK top 10, world top 20 for both the international diversity of our faculty and our students.
Henley’s students have the opportunity to take part in overseas exchanges and internships lasting at least a month, which was reflected in the ranking. Our programme was inside the world top 50 and placed 2nd in the UK for international course experience.
Reducing our carbon footprint
As part of the University of Reading, we are working towards net-zero, and Henley placed 1st in the UK and 16th in the world for our carbon footprint reduction. We have also embedded environmental, social and governance teaching into our programme, recognised by our UK 3rd and world 51st position in this measure.
