Ann has been a regular supplier of coaching, supervision and teaching at Henley Business School since 2005 and is an Executive Fellow and Programme Director for custom-designed corporate programmes.

She is one of a team of senior tutors at Henley on the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, a supervisor on the MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change, a group facilitator and coach on a range of executive education and corporate programmes.

Her areas of expertise include:

  • executive and personal coaching
  • group facilitation (including Action Learning)
  • supervision of coaches (one-to-one and group)
  • training and development of coaches
  • introduction of coaching-style practices in the workplace
  • working with (and in) the natural environment
  • reflective practice as a development tool

She draws upon a range of disciplines, psychometric instruments and coaching models, and has a particular interest in neuroscience, neuropsychology and applied positive psychology in coaching and coaching supervision. She is a certified NLP practitioner, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, and is accredited and trained to work with Systemic Constellations, Time to Think and Coaching Signatures, plus is a certified Chopra Health Instructor.

Ann’s MSc research explored strategies for overcoming performance anxiety in coaches through awareness and management of what’s going on in the brain, as well as the use of audio/visual media to support active learning. She has also contributed to several books targeted at coaches and designed to help them learn and develop their craft.


Much of her one-to-one coaching is for corporate clients of Henley Business School who are attending Executive Education / Corporate Programmes, and the Henley MBA. In her private practice, her coaching, supervision and training work is mostly with smaller businesses and self-funding individuals.
