Ann has been a regular supplier of coaching, supervision and teaching at Henley Business School since 2005. She is one of a team of senior tutors on the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching; a supervisor of coaches on the MSc in Coaching and
Behavioural Change; and a group facilitator and coach on a range of executive education and corporate programmes.

Ann is Executive Fellow at Henley Business School and Programme Directorfor custom-designed corporate programmes.

She has contributed to several books designed for coaches as they learn and
develop their craft.

Ann has an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change (Distinction) from Henley Business School and an MA in Education from the University of Wales. Her research topics comprised identifying and developing strategies for overcoming performance anxiety in coaches through awareness and management of what is going on in the brain, as well as the use of audio/visual media to support active learning.

Ann completed the Professional Certificate in Coaching and the Professional
Certificate in Coaching Supervision at Henley Business School, and is a professional certified coach with the International Coach Federation. She is accredited/trained to work with various systems and techniques, including Time to Think™ and Coaching Signatures™.


Much of her one-to-one coaching is for corporate clients of Henley Business School who are attending Executive Education / Corporate Programmes, and the Henley MBA. In her private practice, her coaching, supervision and training work is mostly with smaller businesses and self-funding individuals.
