Bianca Ziegler is an external lecturer for the Digitalisation, Marketing and Entrepreneurship department

Bianca has extensive teaching experience in Brand Management, Global Marketing, Consumer Behaviour and Luxury Brand Management across different under- and postgraduate programmes. In her current role at HBS she supervises marketing dissertations at different post graduate programmes (Marketing MSc and Levy programme). Bianca graduated from the University of Mayence in Germany with a degree in Translation studies and later completed her MBA at the ESB Reutlingen.

Bianca has spent nearly 15 years successfully managing top tier brands such as Porsche, Citibank and Kia Motors with the development, adaptation, and implementation of global strategies to local markets. She brings extensive, hands-on experience to luxury brand management and the design of the international marketing programme.

Bianca’s current research focuses on luxury customer experiences and investigates how experiential marketing techniques will shape the future of luxury brands.
