Visiting Academic
Dr Ayse Kayaci is a post-doctoral fellow in the International Business and Strategy Department at Henley Business School. She is awarded by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkiye (TUBITAK) for her post-doctoral research at Henley Business School. She works with Dr. Peder Greve. Her research topic is about the impact of TMTs and executive boards on the ownership decision in cross-border merger and acquisitions of EMNEs.
Dr. Kayaci is from Turkiye and works as an Associate Professor at the Department of Business Administration, Dicle University, Turkiye. She got her PhD in the field of Management and Organization from Galatasaray University, Turkiye.
Her research interests are the internationalization of EMNEs, cross-border merger and acquisitions by EMNEs, business groups in EMs and the role of ownership structures on the internationalization of EM firms.
She is one of the students in the Emerging Scholars from Emerging Markets Program (ESEMP) held by AIB’s Emerging Markets Shared Interest Group. She also attended and presented her scholarly research at AIB UK & Ireland Chapter Conferences and EIBA Annual Conferences.
