Dr Debra Paul has over thirty years of business analysis experience and has worked in a wide range of business domains and in the government sector.

Debra Paul is the Managing Director of Assist Knowledge Development Ltd, a training and consultancy company specialising in business analysis and business change. Debra researched the role of the business analyst and developed the BA Service Framework. She has co-authored several books including Business Analysis, Agile and Business Analysis, and Delivering Business Analysis. Debra is a keen advocate for business analysis, service science and design thinking.

Debra has delivered keynote presentations at numerous conferences and industry events, is a founder member of the BA Manager Forum and was the chief architect of the Advanced International Diploma in Business Analysis.
