Dr Echo Feng is a Lecturer in Marketing at Henley Business School. She has substantial experience in the Hospitality and Tourism industries including all aspects relating to older consumers and well-being.

Echo Feng, PhD., holds a doctorate in management from the Oxford School of Hospitality Management, Oxford Brookes University (UK) specialising in older consumers and well-being topics.

Her research interests range from older consumers, captive consumers, commercial space travelers, transformative service research, and all aspects of loneliness, social isolation, social connectedness and well-being. Publishing a number of research papers in different journals, she has also worked on collaborative research projects with universities in the United States, Sweden and China.

Echo has extensive industrial working experience with Royal Jordanian Airlines, Emirates Airlines, Manulife, Ferragamo and Kenzo. She is currently the research director for Biotech & Biomedicine International Research Centre, and a Culture & Business Advisor for China UK Industrial Innovation Centre.

Prior to joining Henley, Echo lectured at Oxford Brookes University and the University of Buckingham. She also acts as a reviewer for academic journals.
