Dr Pradip Moon is a Research Fellow in AI and Healthcare with extensive experience in machine learning applications for early disease detection, specialising in bioinformatics and predictive modelling for inflammatory arthritis.
Dr Pradip Moon holds a PhD in Computer Science from Teesside University, with a focus on big data analysis and bioinformatics. His academic work includes award-winning research in machine learning for flare prediction in rheumatic diseases and a recent project on lung cancer survival prediction using RNA-seq and genome-scale metabolic modelling. He has served as a Research Fellow, Research Associate, and Lecturer, teaching modules in machine learning, statistics, business intelligence, data science foundation, and research methods. Alongside his academic roles, Dr. Moon brings substantial industry experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, offering a unique blend of technical, educational, and commercial expertise. His interests include predictive analytics, multimodal data integration, and the ethical application of AI in healthcare.
