Faisal Fatehale is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
His research interests revolve around leadership style and change management. Additional areas of focus include employee performance, engagement and satisfaction, organisational development and transformation, cultural diversity, the generational gap and gender equality. This research is based primarily in the regions of Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
Faisal was awarded a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Sunderland in 2018. Prior to that he earned a BA in Business Management from the University of Greenwich in 2017.
