Garry Browne is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
His research interests explore workplace thriving, with a particular focus on the impact of fear on employee motivation and performance.
Garry holds an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change with Distinction from Henley Business School, is an accredited coach with both the International Coaching Federation and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and is a fellow with the Learning and Performance Institute. After a successful and varied corporate career, Garry now leads the Learning and Development department in a large multinational organisation, where he applies his research.
