Location
Gina Burns is a Lecturer in Coaching and Behaviour Change at Henley Business School and a member of the Henley Centre for Coaching.
As a Chartered Coaching and Occupational Psychologist, Gina holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University. She is an experienced executive coach and leadership development expert, with a corporate background is in consultancy and leadership development roles. She combines running her own executive coaching and leadership development consulting business with working as a lecturer.
Gina previously worked at Bristol Business School, University of the West of England (UWE), where she spent seven years leading coaching and executive development projects and contributing to the Leadership and Change Centre group at UWE. She is particularly interested in supporting leaders to develop and utilise coaching skills within their roles and in approaches to enhance coach development and tutors on the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC) at the Henley Centre for Coaching.
