Godswill is an ambitious and highly motivated student with strong analytical and evaluation skills, and a strong desire to learn from others. He attained a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Aberdeen. In addition, he is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb). Godswill’s career goals include becoming a Chartered surveyor and be involved in research, consulting and teaching at the tertiary educational level and also contribute towards the promotion of the practice of alternative dispute resolution.
His research focuses on exploring the feasibility of the implementation of Land Value Taxation (LVT) in Ghana.
