Harriet is an experienced international executive coach, facilitator and programme designer. She works across multiple industries and has experience in building a coaching culture in organisations, group and team coaching, bespoke session and programme design and global programme management, which includes managing external partners and training new coaches.
When coaching, she partners with clients on a wide range of scenarios, including developing their leadership, navigating challenging circumstances, discovering how they can be their authentic best, whether finding new meaning in their careers or transitioning to new roles or organisations.
Harriet’s style is calm, spacious, curious and authentic. Her coaching sessions are a mixture of challenge and support, and provide a creative, confidential space for clients to reflect, gain insights and progress towards their goals.
Harriet has a BA Hons in Philosophy, an MSc in Occupational Psychology, Diplomas in both Psychology and Coaching and is accredited at PCC level with the International Coaching Federation. She is a systemic practitioner who is especially interested in the interplay between the individual and the systems they come from. Separately, as a lifelong animal lover, she is interested in animal facilitated learning and how horses can be used as part of the coaching process.
