Kamila Miller is a Lecturer in Digital Marketing and Customer Intelligence in the Marketing and Reputation department of Henley Business School, with academic and practitioner experience in strategic, digital, and brand marketing.

Kamila is fascinated with researching and analysing customer experience marketing for business-to-business and business-to-consumer. Kamila gained several years of diverse experience working in marketing and branding

Holding the esteemed title of Chartered Marketer, she has garnered success across various industries: higher education, fashion, technology, retail, and luxury sectors. As a Marketing Director, she orchestrated a dynamic team of marketers, spearheading initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and foster revenue growth through targeted campaigns and data-driven strategies.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she actively contributes to the advancement of marketing as a board member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing and as a marketing lecturer at esteemed institutions. Kamila has started her DBA at Winchester University.

These roles allow her to impart knowledge to the next generation of marketers while staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices.
