Kamila Miller is an applied AI researcher and lecturer at Henley Business School. Her research examines how AI and large language models are reshaping decision-making, autonomy and productivity in organisations, and she has presented her work at leading academic conferences in marketing and management.
Kamila has over 15 years of senior leadership experience driving digital transformation across B2B technology, professional services and publishing, working with organisations to embed new ways of working, build digital capability and deliver measurable change. She is a Chartered Marketer (MCIM), an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and the author of Data-Driven Marketing Strategy (Kogan Page, 2026).
She brings this combination of practitioner experience and academic insight to apprentices, helping them apply AI and automation with confidence and real organisational impact.
