Kamila Miller is a Lecturer in Marketing in the Digitalisation, Marketing and Entrepreneurship department at Henley Business School with academic and practitioner experience in strategic, digital and brand marketing.

She is fascinated with researching and analysing customer experience marketing in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer contexts. Kamila has gained diverse experience working in marketing and branding across higher education, fashion, technology, retail and luxury sectors.

As a Marketing Director, she achieved the status of Chartered Marketer with The Chartered Institute of Marketing, leading teams to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition and support revenue growth through targeted campaigns and data-driven strategies.

She is currently undertaking her PhD with research interests in consumer behaviour, emerging technologies and neuromarketing. Kamila is an active member of Henley’s Consumer Futures Lab and contributes to the advancement of marketing as a board member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Through her lecturing roles she imparts knowledge to the next generation of marketers while staying engaged with the latest industry trends and best practices.
