Kerrie Farrell

Kerrie Farrell is a facilitator and role-player trainer who specialises in communication, leadership and management, presentation skills, influencing, and pitching.

Kerrie’s experience also includes conflict resolution, feedback, negotiation, skills, customer service and interview skills. She is experienced in working with the GROW model, SARA interview technique, McClelland motivational model and Bolton and Bolton personality types analysis.

As an actress, she has had a wide-ranging career in television, including four years as Lucy Benson in Hollyoaks, three years as Beth Enright in Where the Heart Is, and appearances in Heartbeat, Casualty and Clocking Off.
