Mohammad Atiqul Basher is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour.

His research is centred around the theme of leader-follower relationship, artificial intelligence adoption and usage behaviour and workplace culture. He previously served as a lecturer of Management and Human Resources Management at the Building Resources Across Communities (BRAC) Business School, BRAC University, Bangladesh.

Mohammad's qualifications include an MSc in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Manchester, which he passed with distinction in 2021. He also completed his MBA at the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, and completed his Bachelors in Business Administration (with concentration on human resource management and finance) from the North South University Business School in 2013, with a Magna Cum Laude distinction.
