Nicky is a coach with significant experience. She is an executive, leadership, career and team coach, as well as an ICF-accredited coach mentor and EMCC-accredited supervisor. She brings over 20 years of experience across leadership, entrepreneurship, education, and the creative industries and coaching. She coaches C-suite individuals and teams, board members and future talent across Nasdaq-listed companies, global advocacy organisations, the creative arts and the third sector
At Henley Business School, Nicky serves as a tutor, coach mentor and supervisor, supporting the development of coaching professionals. Her evidence-based, grounded approach helps individuals accelerate progress towards their goals. She balances challenge and support in her coaching style, helping clients push beyond their comfort zones to unlock new insights and potential.
Nicky is deeply engaged in the coaching profession, training, mentoring and supervising coaches for various coach training schools and large corporations. She is on the board of the UK ICF as an associate board member for coaching in organisations. She is also Director and Co-chair of the London Coaching Group, the UK’s largest coaching network.
Her leadership extends to other board roles, including Inclusive Coaching, who support disadvantaged young people and aspiring entrepreneurs, where she is also Director of Programmes. She also designs and delivers board away days, leadership programmes and workshops for organisations such as The Guardian, the Royal Ballet and Opera and Acast.
Nicky is an ICF professional certified coach (PCC), currently working towards her master certified coach (MCC) credential. She is creative and entrepreneurial in nature and brings this to her coaching, mentoring and supervision practice.
