Nina is an established executive leadership coach with significant international experience. Nina holds an MSc in coaching and behavioural change from Henley Business School and a bachelors in business from the European Business School, Germany. She is a professional certified coach (PCC) with the ICF and holds an individual team coaching accreditation (ITCA) with the EMCC.
She is also trained as a PCC and ACC BARS assessor with the ICF, using this skillset as a coach mentor on several executive coach training programmes and in her private practice. As a past Board President of ICF Switzerland, she led the organisation through a transformation initiative and supported professional development for coaches with webinars and presentations on a variety of coaching and leadership-related topics.
Nina provides coaching to support executives and their teams to navigate change and complexity in today’s challenging business environment. Through empowering conversations, her clients gain clarity and power to grow as leaders of themselves, their teams and their organisations.
Her clients, who range from big tech to the art world, often mention that her ability to establish a trustful relationship from the offset enabled them to tackle difficult topics and achieve tangible results fast.
Nina engages in ongoing personal development as a coach, mentor and leader, and is currently training as a coach supervisor. She has experience with a range of diagnostic tools for individuals and teams and uses systemic coaching, neuroscience, positive psychology, psychodynamics approaches, and others, to render the coaching as effective and personalised as possible.
